Thank you for choosing our custom AI tool services. Because we provide customized, digital services that involve significant labor and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. The "No Refund" Standard

Due to the digital nature of custom GPTs, Gems, and other AI configurations, all sales are final. Once work has commenced or the digital assets have been delivered or shared, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

2. Why This Policy Exists

Bespoke Labor: Clients are paying for the professional time, expertise, and research our team invests in building a specific AI solution.
Intellectual Property: Once a custom prompt, instruction set, or knowledge base is shared, it cannot be "returned" or "unlearned."

3. Service Guarantee & Revisions

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring the tools we build meet your objectives. To ensure satisfaction within the "No Refund" framework, we offer the following:

The Review Period: Every project includes a 14-day window after delivery where we will perform minor tweaks and optimizations to ensure the AI is performing according to the original project brief. Once this 14-day window closes, the Client must pay for our Additional Revisions service.
Scope Changes: If requirements change or features are requested outside the original agreed-upon scope, these will be handled as a separate project or an additional fee rather than a basis for a refund.

4. Technical Limitations

Please note that our team is not responsible for:

Changes made by third-party platforms (such as OpenAI or Google) to their infrastructure or API.
The "hallucination" tendencies or inherent limitations of LLM technology.
Account bans or service interruptions on the platform where the AI is hosted.
