(“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard
the personal information of visitors and customers (“you,” “your”) and describes the rights you may have
under California and other applicable privacy laws. By using our website or purchasing our Services, you
acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through LegalFeeds.net, through our digital
products and services, and through email or other electronic communications with us. It does not apply to
information collected by third parties, including platforms such as OpenAI, Google, Wix, Apple, or
payment processors, except as expressly described below.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

The following categories of “personal information” are information we collect, either by automatically
collecting information based on your use of the Site, or information you give to us:

• Identifiers (for example, name, email address, postal address, telephone number, account
credentials, IP address);
• Customer records information (for example, billing address and signature);
• Commercial information (for example, products or services purchased, transaction history);
• Internet or other electronic network activity information (for example, browsing history on the site,
interactions with our content, cookies and similar identifiers);
• Geolocation data at the city level, inferred from IP address;
• Professional or employment-related information you elect to provide (for example, your firm name
or job title);
• Inferences drawn from the foregoing to create a profile reflecting your preferences and behavior on

payment processor);

from your device and browser when you visit the site; and from third parties such as our payment processor,
hosting platform, and analytics providers.

contractors, including our website hosting platform (Wix), our payment processor, our email service
provider, our cloud storage provider, our analytics provider, and our AI-platform partners (for example,
OpenAI and Google) to the extent necessary to configure or maintain a persona; and (ii) professional
advisers, including counsel and accountants, as needed. Each service provider is engaged under a written
contract that restricts its use of personal information to the limited purposes for which it is engaged.

 

7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not “sell” personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. We do “share” personal
information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of sharing at any time by sending a
request to support@legalfeeds.net. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of
consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act,
as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

• Right to Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the
sources, the business and commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of recipients;

• Right to Delete your personal information, subject to statutory exceptions;
• Right to Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to Opt Out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
• Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information;
• Right to Non-Discrimination for the exercise of any privacy right;
• Right to Data Portability and to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily
usable format.

9. How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, you may submit a request by either of the following methods: (i) email to
support@legalfeeds.net with the subject line “California Privacy Request”; or (ii) the contact form available
at https://www.legalfeeds.net/contact-legal-feeds. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable
once for an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary. To protect your information, we
will take reasonable steps to verify your identity by matching information you provide to information we
maintain. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf by submitting a signed written
permission from you, and we may also require verification of your identity directly.

10. “Do Not Track” and Opt-Out Signals

Pursuant to the Global Privacy Control, you may submit a “Do Not Track” opt-out preference signal for
purposes of the sale and sharing opt-out as described in Section 7, consistent with California and Federal
Law.

11. “Shine the Light”

California residents may request, once per calendar year, information concerning the categories of personal
information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct-marketing purposes during the
immediately preceding calendar year, together with the names and addresses of those third parties. To make
a request, please contact us at support@legalfeeds.net with the subject line “Shine the Light Request.”

 

12. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it
was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Our general retention
schedule is: account data, for the duration of the account plus seven (7) years; billing and transaction
records, seven (7) years; marketing data, until opt-out plus thirty (30) days; server logs and analytics data,
thirteen (13) months; and customer support correspondence, three (3) years. We may retain de-identified
or aggregated information indefinitely.

13. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against
unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed through

legally compliant, third-party gateways and we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. No
system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our website and Services are intended for adults aged eighteen (18) and over. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from individuals under thirteen (13) years of age, consistent with the federal
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of
consumers under sixteen (16) years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a
minor in violation of these laws, we will delete the information promptly.

15. International Data Transfers

Our servers and the servers of our service providers are located in the United States. If you access the site
from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in
jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. To the extent personal information of European Economic
Area or United Kingdom data subjects is transferred to the United States, we rely on the European
Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom International Data Transfer
Addendum, as applicable.

16. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the site, to analyze
visitor behavior, and (where permitted) to support marketing. You may control cookies through your
browser settings and through the cookie-preferences tool available on the site.

Our website may link to external websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with them.

effective date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site and provision of personal
information after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance and understanding of the then
