Welcome to LegalFeeds.net, operated by Dailey Curation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, AI Prompting Library, and any associated services (“Services”).


By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

 

1. Description of Services

 

We offer specialized development and access to custom AI personas (GPTs, Gems, or other models). Depending on the package purchased, access is provided through one of three models:

  • Monthly/Annual Subscription (Link Access): You are granted a limited-time license to access a persona hosted by us via a private link.

  • Lifetime Access (Account Integration): We perform a one-time manual setup of the persona directly within your own AI model account (e.g., your ChatGPT or Gemini workspace).

 

2. Access & Delivery Methods

 

We facilitate delivery based on your chosen service tier:

  • Subscription Link: Upon payment, we provide a link to the Custom AI. This access remains active only for the duration of your paid billing cycle.

  • Direct Account Setup: For "Lifetime Access" or "Managed Setup" tiers, we will directly configure the persona in your account. This may require temporary administrative access or a screen-share session. Once the setup is complete and final payment is received, the service is considered fully delivered.

 

3. Technical Requirements & Third-Party Fees

 

  • Paid Subscriptions: Depending on the AI model chosen (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Advanced), you may or may not be required to maintain a paid third-party subscription to access the persona. We will notify you of these requirements during the discovery phase.

  • Platform Changes: We are not responsible for changes made by OpenAI, Google, or other providers that may affect the persona's functionality or link availability.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

All sales are final. Because our services involve bespoke digital labor and the immediate transfer of intellectual property, we do not offer refunds.

  • No Refunds: Once work has begun, a setup has been performed, or a link has been shared, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

  • Subscription Cancellations: For monthly/annual plans, you may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your link access will be revoked. No pro-rated refunds are provided.

  • 14-Day Review Period: For custom account setups, we provide a 14-day optimization window following the initial delivery. During this time, we will perform reasonable tweaks to ensure the AI performs according to the original project brief. Once this window closes, revisions to your AI Persona must be paid for.

5. Intellectual Property & License

​

  • Subscriptions: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI for the duration of your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to copy the system instructions.

  • Lifetime/Account Setup: Upon final delivery to your account, you own the specific instance of the persona provided. However, the underlying proprietary "base instructions" and frameworks developed by the Company remain our intellectual property. You may not repackage or resell our custom instructions as a standalone product.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

The Company is not liable for business outcomes, data inaccuracies, or "hallucinations" generated by the AI. All services are provided "as-is." We are not responsible for account bans or service interruptions caused by the third-party AI provider.

 

7. No Legal or Professional Advice

 

Our AI personas are tools to support business workflows and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for compliance with professional standards.

 

8. Client Logo Usage Permission

 

By purchasing our Services, you grant the Company permission to display your business name and logo on our website or marketing materials as a client. You may request removal at any time by contacting us in writing.
