Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LegalFeeds.net (the “Site”), which is
owned and operated by Dailey Curation LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,”
“our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Site.


These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself, including browsing, reading content, following our social
media or content notifications, and submitting inquiries through our contact form. Any purchase or receipt
of any service or deliverable from the Company is governed by a separately signed Master Service
Agreement and Statement of Work (the “MSA and SOW”), which control over these Terms with respect
to those Services.


1. Eligibility


You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If
you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do
so.


2. The Site Is Not Legal Advice


LegalFeeds.net publishes information about content-marketing tools and artificial-intelligence personas for
law firms and other legal professionals. Nothing on the Site is legal advice. Nothing on the Site creates an
attorney-client relationship between you and Company or any of its personnel. If you require legal advice
about your particular circumstances, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

 

3. Purchase of Services Requires a Signed Master Service Agreement

All purchases of Company’s services, including, but not limited to, artificial-intelligence personas, content-
marketing services, and related deliverables require execution of a written Master Service Agreement and

Statement of Work between you and the Company. No purchase is effectuated by submitting a form on the
Site alone. Any inconsistency between these Terms and the MSA and SOW shall be resolved in favor of
the MSA and SOW with respect to the Services.


4. Intellectual Property in the Site


All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, downloadable materials, and software,

is the property of Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-
property laws. You may view and utilize Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not

copy, republish, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

 

5. Prohibited Use


You are prohibited from:


• Using the Site in any manner that violates applicable law;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interfering with any other user’s use of the Site;
• Scraping or harvesting content for use in training artificial-intelligence models without our prior
written permission; or
• Misrepresenting your identity in any communication with us.


6. Third-Party Trademarks


References on the Site to “ChatGPT,” “Gemini,” “Claude” or other third-party names, marks, or logos are
made in their nominative-fair-use capacity solely to describe the platforms on which our AI personas
operate. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the holders
of those marks.


7. Privacy


Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose,
and safeguard personal information, and which addresses your rights under the California Consumer
Privacy Act, the California Online Privacy Protection Act, and other applicable law.


8. Accessibility


We are committed to making the Site accessible to people with disabilities and continually work toward
conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. Please see
our Accessibility Statement for more information and for ways to request alternative formats or report
accessibility barriers.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS
AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR
STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED EXAMPLES SHOWN ON
THE SITE ARE PROVIDED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY CONTAIN
INACCURACIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE OR USABLE
WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR FREE OF ERROR.


10. Limitation of Liability


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING
OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. WITH RESPECT TO PAID SERVICES, THE
LIMITATIONS AND CAPS SET FORTH IN THE MSA AND SOW SHALL CONTROL.


11. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws
principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought
exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you irrevocably
consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.


12. Changes to These Terms


We may amend these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to each
time you access the Site to be informed on any material changes or amendments to the Term. Your
continued use of the Site after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended
Terms.
